It is with much sadness that we report the passing of one of our members, David Cowper, VE7IRT.
Daved was an avid radio operator and a leader within our club. He enabled our club with a CFARS station license in order to allow us to communicate with affiliated Canadian Armed Forces radio stations. He was an active participant with our emergency preparedness activities and an inspiring “Elmer”.
