Richmond Amateur Radio Club (RARC) announces its swap meet to take place on Saturday, July 23rd from 9:30 AM to 12:00 noon at the South Arm United Church – same location as previous RARC swap meets at SW corner of Steveston Highway and No. 3 Road in south Richmond.
